Milwaukie Affordable Housing Apartments For Clackamas County

Apartments at North Main Village participate in an affordable housing program for Clackamas County residents. Eligible households must meet annual-income limits set by the program based on household size. Use the chart below to see if your household qualifies, then reach out to our leasing team to start the application.

How Rent & Income Limits Work

The maximum allowable rent for an affordable home is tied to the number of bedrooms, the program serving that unit, the Area Median Income (AMI) for Clackamas County, and the applicable utility allowance. Because HUD updates AMI every year, both the income limit and the allowable rent may change annually — even if your household's income has not.
